WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Each order is handmade with cruelty-free, paraben-free ingredients. The processing times (1-3 business days) are in place for all orders. Processing days do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We use all major carriers and local couriers. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method of your choice during checkout.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unfortunately, due to hygiene and the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us. 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

No, there are no cancellations on orders once it has been submitted. 

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE?

Afrikana Skincare is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your order due to any circumstance, please contact your local post office to file a lost/stolen package claim. 

Afrikana Skincare is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. Please make sure the address entered is correct and complete. If you place an order with an incomplete or wrong address, contact us immediately to have the address changed.
