Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! Right now, we only ship within the U.S., but we’re working on expanding worldwide.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We partner with all major carriers and local couriers. You’ll be able to choose your preferred delivery method at checkout.
I’ve placed my order, when will I receive my package?
Each order is handmade with love. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships — this does not include weekends or holidays. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and it may take up to 5-7 business days for delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to make changes. However, if you contact us before your order has been processed, we may be able to cancel it. Please email us ASAP with your full name and order number. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us immediately—we’re happy to help!
Lost or stolen package?
Unfortunately, Afrikana Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact your courier to file a claim. We are also not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If you realize there’s a mistake, contact us immediately so we can update it before your order is processed.
